What we do
- Review the repair order, original claim, denial or return message and supporting records
- Establish the current manufacturer program requirements and deadlines
- Identify what is actually supportable and what evidence is missing
- Rebuild the claim narrative and support only from admitted source records
- Prepare the resubmission or appeal and track the response through disposition
Good fit when
- Equipment dealers with denied, returned or abandoned warranty claims
- Service departments with a warranty backlog
- Dealers that want a recovery test without adding headcount
What we need from you
- Repair order and technician notes
- Original claim and manufacturer response
- Parts, labor and outside-service support
- Current OEM program materials or an authorized way to verify them
What done means
Each admitted claim ends with a verified disposition: recovered, still awaiting manufacturer action, awaiting a named client item, or closed because no supported recovery path remains.

Common questions
Do you need access to our manufacturer portal?
Only where the manufacturer and dealer rules permit authorized access. Otherwise we prepare the claim and the dealer submits or works with us through an authorized session.
What if the claim should not be resubmitted?
That is a valid finished result. We identify why the claim should not move rather than forcing every file into a recovery attempt.
When do we pay?
For the recovery pilot, Good Remedy earns 15% only from verified recovered dollars.
Start with the actual work.
Send the backlog, document set, queue or current process. We will confirm whether the straightforward scope fits before anything moves.
